Hello Foodies
Ive been making Kombucha for a few months, but i usually forget its on the counter in kitchen and it turns to vinegar for me, (u can tell by the small of it).
Anyways i have been trying to keep track and small it each day and taste it, then if it tastes YUM! i bottle it. Well i have a few bottles now in my fridge. I have made a few different tasting ones.
* cinnamon
* turmeic
* rose tea
Still yet to try other ingredients
I have bubbles when its bottled then they seem to go away over a couple of days. Im not sure if thats normal but the taste it great!!
