UPDATE - My dream of Off Grid Living!!

I have been searching for land that would suit me, within 60k range of where im living. The land is to me expensive. Sooooo im rethinking what i can do and putting in place another idea or ideas.
Im re-looking at container living again.
Contacted a local shipping container guy here on friday (12th August 2016). Spoke to him about price for 40ft container, they will paint, semi trailer to my location and crane in if needed for between $4 to $5k. I would like sliding doors and windows so thats an extra cost around $1.800 for sliding door depending. I've thinking
* one container for : kitchen, lounge, office
* number two container for : bathroom, laundry, bedroom, second bedroom
* number 3 container for a : studio to paint and play in
* number four container: small 10ft for storage or tools firewood etc
I had a thought of a container for a garage for my car, im thinking its not wide enuff so i have to measure my car and see if its wide enough or not.

I want control of my own power, own way of living, my fresh food that i know where it has come from. I want to use Anastasia way from "ringing cedars" . Im reading her books right now.
You can heal your mind body and soul from eating from the land around you.
Buying a property not more then 5 acres and creating my own space, with all the food, water and energy i need.
I live alone and loving life!!!
I will have to learn to work with power tools, live in the bush away from people and enjoy being alone!!
I do enjoy living alone now (tick) living in the bush umm yeh i can do it yes sure. Away from people i love it (tick) power tools immm yes willing to learn.
okay anything else??? ummm!! I'm sure i will think of something later haha
I want to do this within in my budget!! so i can live FREE from credit payments free from all that, slavery!!!

First step get real estate agent, to my property for valuation see what price it might get, then i know what im working with.
Ask them if i need to fix up anything for a good sale price???

Put house on the market!! WAIT!!!!!

Sell all my furnisher and STUFF, yes, stuff i no longer use or need for my simple life living!!
Keep looking around for land and what i wish to place on my property. Infrastructure.
I rang a rural real estate yesterday, spoke to him about land i'd seen online and asking him about it. Its high on the hill have to cross a creek and go through someones land to access the land. I asked if its 4WD only he said NO.
I hope to find the land that speaks to me, that would love me moving in and creating a loving fun environment, with nature.
Ive been doing some research and container homes need a lot of work and different tools. I wont rule it out for a shed, just yet!!

I'm still looking around to find other businesses that supply, build tiny houses. I found "Tiny house company" in Brisbane his houses the size i want is $80 thousand and up.

The tiny houses take up to 4 months to build. Then a week to deliver. Fred is in Victoria AUSTRALIA. His happy to deliver at a price.
So living in a caravan for four months is a must. then use caravan as guest accommodation after that.
