How to make Raw Cashew Cream

RAW CASHEW CREAM

This is easy and quick to make. Its delish!!!

The raw cashews can be expensive, but worth it.

Be careful purchasing any nuts, they "Rancid" easy, meaning they "GO OFF" which means, they have this distinctive aroma. Take back to shop where you purchased them.

 Due to shipping in hot trucks etc, they can go rancid then cause issues in your body. All nuts should be activated before you consume them. So the enzymes become activated for your stomach to digest them.

I also make this delish, desert using cashews, socked for 8 hrs, then put in blender, with lime or lemon juice n zest, tiny bit of beetroot for colouring, coconut nectar, little water, some gelatine or irish moss (soaked), coconut, sometimes i add chai seeds. Then put in nice glass desert glasses, and chill, Top with berries or anything. YUM YUM!!!
